Porthos cluster project nearing FID as Shell, ExxonMobil, Air Liquide and Air Products sign final contracts
Rotterdam carbon capture and storage (CCS) project Porthos has reached a key milestone with the signing of final contracts with Shell, ExxonMobil and industrial gases firms Air Liquide and Air Products for the transport and storage of a combined 2.5mn t/yr of CO₂, potentially from 2024.
