The UK’s Conservative administration tries to offer something to everyone in the country’s energy future
UK prime minister Boris Johnson unveiled the offshore wind plank of his ‘Build Back Greener’ plan at his Conservative party’s annual conference in early October. But, as so often with the Tory leader, the tone was more electioneering than long-term greater good.
