Brad Handler

Brad Handler is the Program Manager for the Sustainable Finance Lab at the Payne Institute for Public Policy at the Colorado School of Mines. The SFL is dedicated to fostering more private institutional investment in decarbonization; its work can be found on its landing page. Brad comes to Payne following 20 years as a Wall Street equity research analyst in the oil and gas sector.
