Vladimir Evtushenkov, the founder of Russian conglomerate AFK Sistema, has been placed under house arrest, in a move that's being linked by some to Rosneft's reported pursuit of the vertically integrated Russian oil company.Evtushenkov, the chairman and 64.2% shareholder in AFK Sistema, a Russian telecommunications and energy conglomerate, was on 16 September charged with theft and money laundering by Russia's investigative committee.
