Her work at Worley centres around developing new concepts to support fast-tracking the industry; supporting large clients in navigating from concept to project launch; and project inception. |
Astrid Behaghel, BNP Paribas Astrid Behaghel joined BNP Paribas as a senior power expert, following a number of years working in development aid to improve access to energy and electricity for populations in Africa and Asia. She has previously advised the bank on global renewable energy projects and is now supporting clients in their transition to a low-carbon economy, particularly through the use of hydrogen. |
Norma Canales, ANCA Corp Norma Canales has promoted hydrogen in her role as a financial expert for the energy sector, with a particular focus on advising to industrial use and innovation. She has been involved in energy reform, as well as supporting local companies in becoming qualified suppliers to the wider industry. |
Mona Dajani, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman Mona Dajani serves as lead lawyer in complex mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and project development transactions involving energy and infrastructure facilities around the world. In addition to co-leading the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure Projects Team, she leads the Renewable Energy Practice which covers hydrogen and other clean energy technologies. |
Jillian Evanko, Chart Jillian is CEO and president at Chart Industries, which provides cooling and liquefaction technology for a variety of gases. Since she took up the position of CEO in 2018, Chart has developed new hydrogen technology and acquired smaller firms innovating in hydrogen transportation and storage. |
Lijs Groenendaal, Shell Lijs Groenendaal is leading on the 200MW Holland Hydrogen project, which is expected to reach FID this year. According to nominations, she has been instrumental in positioning the project as a key enabler for hydrogen economy in the Netherlands and for the Port of Rotterdam in particular. |
Janet Howard, Fasken Janet Howard is an early champion of hydrogen, having co-founded business law firm Fasken’s hydrogen energy advisory team. She has helped Key DH Technologies raise capital for production projects, assisted Hydrogen Optimized, Hyox, Change Energy Services and others form strategic partnerships with utilities, municipalities, offtakers, and technology, EPC and renewables companies. |
Elise Ring, Origin Energy Elise Ring has been leading the Future Fuels team at Origin to move forward an agenda with multiple hydrogen and ammonia projects under consideration. Under her guidance, the team is continuing to explore and strike partnership opportunities that will drive the sector forward, including the Origin/Orica MoU in the Hunter Valley region of Australia. |
Maribel Rodriguez Olmo, Repsol Maribel Rodriguez Olmo is a hydrogen business development manager at Repsol, with over 14 years of experience in the sector. She has coordinated or participated in over 35 individual hydrogen innovation projects, and is part of the secretariat of several European and Spanish energy and innovation associations. |
Lauren Skiver, Sunline Transit Lauren Skiver has led the development of projects and partnerships in her roles as CEO of Sunline Transit Agency. At Sunline, she leads a number of innovative projects in hydrogen use, fueling, and production. And through Sunline’s West Coast Center of Excellence in Zero Emission Technology, she has facilitated the development of hydrogen projects at other transit agencies. Her partnering efforts have also extended to her role as founder of the Zero Emission Bus Resource Alliance (ZEBRA), a professional association for transit agencies to share lessons learned about zero-emission buses (ZEBs) and leading role in chairing the California Hydrogen Business Council. |
