Progress of projects on the ground is outpacing policymaking in the sultanate
Oman’s Ministry of Energy & Minerals tendered for an international consultant in early June to help formulate the sultanate’s energy transition strategy—encompassing policies on hydrogen, carbon sequestration and renewables.
