A group of Spanish firms have launched a new hydrogen consortium—called the Spanish Hydrogen Network (Shyne)—and will invest €3.23bn ($3.67bn) in technology development. Spanish oil and gas company Repsol will lead Shyne alongside 21 companies from the aviation, maritime, mobility, steel, gas and electricity sectors, as well as 11 associations, technology centres and universities.
