Industry must lead way on UK jobs transition

Firms are better placed than the government to know what skills will be needed in a low-carbon economy, says UK Onward

UK firms that operate in carbon-intensive sectors must take responsibility for retraining their workforces to operate in a low-carbon economy, according to a report by thinktank UK Onward.
